As an SEO and Social Media Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize our website for search engines, improve organic rankings, and enhance user experience. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and leveraging social media platforms to expand our brand reach and engage with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Execution:
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings.
Build Backlinks from various high authority websites to gain organic rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other elements to enhance organic visibility.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies are effective and compliant.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with business objectives.
Optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and implementing on-page SEO techniques.
Conduct content audits, identify content gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance organic traffic.
Develop link-building strategies to increase backlinks and domain authority.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports on SEO and social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist and Social Media Marketer.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for business purposes.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
