- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues independently and escalate complex problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
