Internship Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies stock, place orders - coordinate and manage the helping staff. Ensure the office and equipment are clean and functional.
Prepare monthly reports on expenses and office petty cash account.
Maintain & organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents (Health Reimbursement Docs, Expense Receipts, Loan Docs, Asset Information, etc)
Update office policies as needed with the help of the Line Manager
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments, book meeting rooms and 1on1s, as required
Research best practices, as assigned
Assist in the Recruitment Process (Publish and remove job ads, download resumes, manage database, schedule and contact candidates as needed to set up interviews, collect feedback & coordinate with candidate and hiring team)
Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events, as assigned (Birthdays, Lunches, etc)
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires within a quarter etc.
Manage queries by employees - respond to employees’ questions about benefits or anything else (for example, number of paid leaves and types, etc)
Post on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook about New Hires, Full Time Employees, TechTalks, etc using current drafts in the system.
Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
Provide necessary HR Services as and when required.
Internship Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related business or human resources field required.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
